Biography Overview
Wayne Williams is the co-founder and managing partner of Williams DeLoatche, P.C., established in 2008. A native of Virginia’s Eastern Shore and longtime Hampton Roads resident, he earned a history degree from the University of Virginia and a law degree from Regent University School of Law. His legal career began in civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, which has given him a well-rounded perspective in personal injury law.
With more than two decades of experience, he has handled claims for insurance companies and self-insured entities nationwide, representing clients in automotive accidents and premises liability cases. He has tried hundreds of cases in Virginia’s Circuit and General District Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. His current practice focuses exclusively on representing injured individuals in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and nursing home abuse cases.
He is admitted to practice in Virginia state courts and federal courts and is an active member of several bar associations. He remains dedicated to client advocacy, community involvement, and delivering strong legal results.
