Jonathan R. DeLoatche is a co-founder and partner of Williams DeLoatche, P.C., and a lifelong resident of the Tidewater area. He earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his Juris Doctor from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. His early legal career focused on civil defense litigation, where he represented a major taxicab company, insurance carriers, and their insureds in matters involving construction law, fraud, breach of contract, and personal injury claims.
He has extensive litigation experience throughout the Southeastern United States and has tried hundreds of cases across the Tidewater region, Eastern Shore, and Northern Neck.
