Biography Overview
Victor Wandres is a founding partner of Paramount Law and leads the firm’s Oklahoma office, where he focuses on consumer protection and civil litigation. Since 2010, he has focused much of his practice on representing consumers in matters involving unlawful debt collection, credit reporting errors, robocalls, text message spam, lemon law violations, and debt-lawsuit defense. He also represents artists and entertainment professionals in music law matters involving contracts, licensing, copyrights, and trademarks.
A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Victor earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tulane University before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2002. During law school, he worked as a lead research assistant to Professor Ruth Okediji and founded the university’s first Intellectual Property Law Organization. He also helped establish the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology, the state’s first exclusively online legal journal.
Victor previously served as general counsel for a major property management company and remains active within the Tulsa County Bar Association. Recognized as a Top 100 Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers, he is known for providing practical guidance, responsive client service, and dedicated advocacy for Oklahomans facing unfair or deceptive business practices throughout the state.
