Biography Overview
Gregory J. Walsh is a founding partner of Walsh & Gaertner and an accomplished civil trial attorney with extensive experience representing injury victims throughout Minnesota. Over the course of his legal career, he has tried more than 30 jury and bench trials, handled hundreds of arbitrations, and successfully resolved numerous cases through mediation. Known for his competitive spirit, strategic thinking, and creative advocacy, Greg earned recognition as a Super Lawyer early in his career and has maintained that distinction for many years.
Greg earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 1999, where he was a national finalist in the Student Trial Advocacy Competition. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of St. Thomas in 1990. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Greg is a member of several legal organizations, including the American Association of Justice and the Minnesota Association of Justice. Outside the courtroom, he actively supports youth sports, mock trial programs, and the St. Paul Curling Club community through leadership and volunteer service.
