Terry A. Tolbert is a founding partner of Tolbert Beadle and has dedicated more than twenty-five years to representing injured individuals and families throughout Missouri. His practice focuses on personal injury, car accident, and workers’ compensation cases, where he advocates for clients facing large corporations and insurance companies. Raised on his family’s Century Farm in Southwest Missouri, Terry developed a strong work ethic and commitment to helping others from an early age.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Missouri State University before graduating near the top of his class from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Throughout his career, he has represented victims of serious accidents, workplace injuries, and wrongful death claims, and has also provided pro bono legal assistance through Southern Missouri Legal Services.
From 1996 through 2006, Terry served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps. Licensed in Missouri, Arkansas, and Arizona, he is also admitted before several federal courts. In addition to his legal work, Terry is a certified MLB agent and previously served on the Fair Grove School Board.
