Darren began his career at a prominent family law firm to develop trial experience, later joining a national mass tort litigation firm representing victims against major pharmaceutical and medical device corporations. In 2019, he founded Tobin Injury Law, assembling a team known for record-setting verdicts, including a $150 million jury verdict —one of the largest civil rights verdicts in U.S. history.
