Fees
Many law firms advertise their service is free, or we don’t get paid unless you win. This is not a favor, it’s the law. All Florida personal injury attorneys are paid the same way. We work on a contingency basis set by Florida law. This means that you never need to come out of your own pocket for our fees. If we are successful in making a financial recovery for you, we are paid a percentage of that recovery —and that percentage is the same for all Florida personal injury attorneys. If there is no recovery, you pay nothing for the our services.

SAMIR MACHADO, ESQ.
FOUNDING PARTNER
Mr. Machado was born and raised in Brazil. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is licensed to practice law in Brazil, Florida, and Portugal. After receiving his L.L.B. from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo in 2016, Samir led the collections and asset recovery department of a boutique law firm in São Paulo. He also did extensive work on corporate matters.
The constant pursuit of new challenges brought Mr. Machado to Florida. While continuing to assist clients in Brazil, Samir received his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and was subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar. At NSU he served as Vice President for both the Foreign Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Organization, which allowed him to actively participate in the international legal community.
Mr. Machado focuses not only on achieving the best and fastest recovery for his clients but also on educating them and providing personalized legal services. This was attested by the renowned Boca Raton Observer, awarding Mr. Machado as a Top Attorney of 2022.
As an immigrant, Mr. Machado understands the vulnerability that some of his international clients may face. He works diligently to guide them and make the recovery from their injuries as smooth as possible. Mr. Machado is always available to assist his clients and answer any questions they may have, regarding their claims and beyond.
Mr. Machado’s love for helping people is reflected in his life outside of the law firm. He actively supports social justice, working as a volunteer for organizations that provide assistance to immigrants, such as the Florida Immigration Coalition (FLIC) and Americans for Immigrant Justice (AIJ). In his spare time, Mr. Machado cultivates his passion for motorsports by racing cars and riding motorcycles.
MANAGING PARTNER
Originally from King City, Ontario, Canada, Bradley Denniston moved to South Florida to finish his undergraduate degree. In his final year, he switched from medical studies to focus on his passion for law.
Mr. Denniston attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree and graduated first in his class ahead of one hundred and fifty of his peers. Mr. Denniston’s extensive legal knowledge combined with his background in medical studies puts him in the unique position to thoroughly understand both the legal and medical treatment that comes with personal injury cases.
Over the years, Mr. Denniston has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in bodily injury and bad-faith insurance claims through pre-suit, litigation, trial, and at the appellate level. Mr. Denniston is currently barred in Florida and in the Southern District of Florida in federal court.
Mr. Denniston’s legal resume includes working under the honorable Judge John J. O’Sullivan at the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, in addition to working in personal injury, personal injury protection, medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, and class-action multi-district litigation.
Giving back to his community, Mr. Denniston received an Honors Pro Bono Award for dedicating over three hundred hours of volunteering over the three years. He has worked closely with the Guardian Ad Litem Program of Broward County to advocate for the rights of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in foster care and the state court system.
Mr. Denniston works closely with his clients and personally oversees every case at The Right Law Firm, ensuring every client has direct access to their attorney so they have someone they can rely on during their time of need.
