Damani K. Ingram is the managing attorney of The Ingram Firm, L.L.C. He holds a B.A. in English and Secondary Education from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a law degree from the University of Baltimore, where he served on the Honor Council. After graduating, Mr. Ingram taught English and served as the Union Representative for the Maryland State Teachers Association.

He has negotiated and finalized numerous transactions with high-profile entities across professional boxing, the WNBA, the NBA, music, business development, and the NFL.
