Biography Overview
Joe has more than 35 years of legal experience, focusing his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, arbitration, and mediation. He is certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and serves as a Diplomat of the National College of Advocacy. Throughout his career, he has been a frequent seminar speaker for respected organizations, including the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the Albuquerque Bar Association, the State Bar of New Mexico, and the National Trial Institute.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Colby College in 1967 and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University in 1970. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America as a sustaining member, and the National College of Advocacy. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Mexico and is also admitted before the United States Supreme Court. In addition, he serves on the New Mexico Medical Review Committee.
