Don earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oregon in 1976, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He later graduated first in his law school class from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1985 and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Oregon Law Review.
His professional memberships include the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Oregon State Bar. Don is also a former president of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and former chair of Oregon’s Council on Court Procedures.
