Ted Sink

Ted Sink is the founder of Ted Law Firm: Accident & Injury Lawyers, LLC, a North Charleston–based personal injury practice dedicated to representing individuals injured due to negligence. Known for his modern approach to legal advocacy, Ted established the firm to combine traditional trial skills with advanced technology, allowing clients to receive faster communication, innovative strategies, and strong legal representation.

Ted has earned widespread recognition in national and regional media outlets, including NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, USA Today, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and the Associated Press. Raised in a military family and growing up primarily in Georgia and South Carolina, Ted developed a strong commitment to standing up for individuals facing unfair treatment. He earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University and received legal training at Stanford and Oxford before graduating with honors from Charleston School of Law, where he received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and was named Trial Advocacy Champion.
