Marcus P. Gatto, P.A., is a co-founder of Swor & Gatto and an experienced personal injury attorney dedicated to providing direct, client-focused representation. He has handled every stage of litigation, from initial case evaluations and hearings to jury trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Marcus believes strongly in maintaining close attorney-client relationships and remaining personally involved throughout the legal process to ensure clients receive responsive and effective representation.
Marcus has extensive experience handling personal injury matters and has successfully represented clients before judges, juries, and arbitrators. Fluent in Spanish, he previously conducted nearly all of his legal practice in Florida exclusively in Spanish, allowing him to effectively advocate for Spanish-speaking clients and communities.
In addition to his personal injury work, Marcus has been deeply involved in immigrants’ rights advocacy. He worked on cases involving the denial of public benefits and services to Cuban and Haitian immigrants and participated in negotiations regarding the extension and redesign of Florida’s food stamp program for underserved populations. Marcus also gained valuable public speaking experience while working with the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center.
He graduated from the ABOTA Trial Academy at Harvard Law School and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
