Travis earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in public policy from Brigham Young University in 1996 before receiving his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in 2000. Licensed before all Oregon state courts and Oregon’s Federal District Court, he has successfully resolved numerous complex injury claims through litigation, settlement negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
