Komal Stiver

Komal Stiver is a partner at Stiver Law, practicing in both state and federal courts throughout New Mexico. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, wrongful death, slip-and-fall, premises liability, insurance bad faith, and UM/UIM claims.

Komal earned her law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law, graduating Cum Laude and receiving Tort Scholar and Clinical Honors awards. She also holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, graduating at the top of her class. Before founding Stiver Law, Komal gained extensive trial and appellate experience working with one of New Mexico’s most prominent medical malpractice attorneys.

Committed to her community and clients, Komal approaches each case with diligence, skill, and a strategic understanding of New Mexico law. She is admitted to the New Mexico Bar and is an active member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and the Board of Directors for the NM State Bar, Trial Practice Law Section.

Outside of the office, Komal enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick Stiver, and their five-year-old son. She loves cooking for family and friends and exploring New Mexico’s hiking trails when time allows.
