- Everett Lupton is a founding partner of Slaughter & Lupton Law and an accomplished trial attorney with more than twenty years of experience litigating injury and wrongful death cases in state and federal courts across Virginia and North Carolina. He has been recognized by Virginia Lawyers Weekly as a Go-To Negligence Lawyer and has been named a Top Personal Injury Lawyer by Coastal Virginia Magazine. He also holds an AV Preeminent rating and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
He has tried more than one hundred jury trials to verdict, along with numerous bench trials, mediations, and arbitrations. He has also served as an arbitrator in personal injury matters.
