Charles “Chuck” Richardson is the firm’s managing partner and has built a distinguished legal career focused on litigation, trial advocacy, and public service. He joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 1994. Chuck earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law while working full-time at the firm and interning with the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office.
After becoming licensed to practice law, Chuck served as an Assistant District Attorney in Tulsa County and was later appointed Tulsa County District Attorney in 1997 by Governor Frank Keating. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and Texas, multiple United States District Courts, the Fifth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the United States Supreme Court.
Chuck is widely respected for his courtroom experience and commitment to trial advocacy. He is a graduate and teacher of the Gerry Spence Trial College and the Gerry Spence Method.
