Within a year of joining the Pennsylvania Bar, Ron successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Lumax Industries v. Aultman, a landmark case clarifying corporate shareholder liability.
A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (B.A., magna cum laude) and Duquesne University School of Law (J.D.), Ron is an active leader in the Pennsylvania, Allegheny County, and Westmoreland Bar Associations. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the PBA Workers’ Compensation Section, and has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2011.
