Brian Collignon

Brian Collignon is a partner and experienced personal injury attorney dedicated to representing injury victims across Kansas. He is admitted to practice in Kansas state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and is an active member of the Wichita, Kansas, and American Bar Associations.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Science from Mount Marty College and received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Washburn University School of Law in 2000. During law school, he served on the Washburn Law Journal and authored a scholarly article analyzing constitutional law.

He began his legal career representing major insurance companies, including Travelers, GEICO, and American Family, handling car accident and workers’ compensation claims. In 2008, he shifted his focus to advocating for injured individuals, joining Pistotnik Law to better serve those harmed by negligence.

Brian’s practice includes trucking litigation, motor vehicle accidents, and workers’ compensation cases. He has secured significant results for clients, including jury verdicts exceeding insurance policy limits. He has also argued before the Kansas Supreme Court and contributed to notable appellate decisions.
