Michael J. Wyatt is a partner and trial attorney whose passion for advocacy began at a young age, inspired by attorneys who championed the “little guy.” He earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Washburn University in 2004 and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Washburn University School of Law in 2007. He began his legal career with the Wichita defense firm of Klenda, Mitchell, Austerman & Zuercher, LLC.
Today, Mike is a partner at Mann Wyatt Tanksley Injury Attorneys, where he represents clients across Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, and Oklahoma. He has successfully litigated and resolved numerous multi-million-dollar cases and is also an award-winning published author.
His practice focuses on negligence-based claims, including wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries, explosions, product liability, nursing home neglect, and premises liability.
