Raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Hinckley earned his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He began his legal career working for an insurance defense firm, where he gained firsthand insight into how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims. Over time, he became increasingly concerned with tactics used to minimize compensation and the impact those practices had on injured individuals.
Motivated to make a difference, Mr. Hinckley transitioned to representing plaintiffs, using his knowledge of insurance defense strategies to advocate effectively for clients. He joined Lowe Law Group during its early stages and played a key role in its expansion into a nationally recognized personal injury practice.
