Thomas Patterson is the founder of Patterson Dahlberg Injury Lawyers and a dedicated workers’ compensation attorney who has represented injured employees throughout Minnesota for more than three decades. A Rochester native, Thomas graduated from Lourdes High School in 1982 before earning his bachelor’s degree from Regis University in 1986. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 1989 and was admitted to practice law in Minnesota that same year.
Since 1991, Thomas has focused on representing injured workers, and in 1995, he devoted his practice exclusively to workers’ compensation claims. He does not represent employers or insurance companies, allowing him to focus entirely on protecting the rights of injured employees.
