Scott began his career at King & Spalding, later gaining insight into insurance litigation before founding his own firm in 2005. His broad legal background—including time as Chief Operating Officer and Legal Counsel for a startup—equips him with an exceptional perspective and leadership.
Since joining Montlick in 2022 and becoming Managing Attorney in 2024, Scott has overseen firm operations and co-counsel partnerships, focusing on excellence, ethics, and empathy.
