David Spencer

David Spencer is a partner at Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban with more than two decades of experience representing injured individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. A North Carolina native, he was raised in a commercial fishing family on the Outer Banks and developed a strong work ethic and commitment to helping others early in life. He earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University before pursuing a legal career.

He has dedicated his practice to advocating for clients in cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, and workplace injuries. He works diligently to secure fair compensation and guide clients through complex legal processes. His long-standing partnership with the firm reflects a shared commitment to protecting the rights of injury victims and delivering thorough, detail-oriented representation.

He is also actively involved in his community, coordinating volunteer initiatives through his church, including food programs and disaster recovery efforts. He has supported youth development through leadership roles in scouting programs.

Outside of his legal work, he has a passion for motorsports and has contributed to industry publications on insurance and legal matters.
