James C. Beardsley serves as the President, CEO, and Owner of Lowry Law Injury Attorneys. He grew up in a small rural town in Maine near Acadia National Park, where he developed a strong work ethic and commitment to serving others. He earned his undergraduate degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law.
Before entering private practice, he served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where he gained valuable courtroom experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney at Camp Lejeune. Following his military service, he worked as a litigation attorney at a large Maine law firm, further refining his trial and advocacy skills.
He joined Lowry Law in 2006 and focused his practice exclusively on personal injury law. In 2013, he purchased the firm, continuing its longstanding tradition of representing injured individuals across Maine.
Fluent in Spanish, he regularly assists clients who are not English-speaking, ensuring accessible legal representation. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys jogging and participates in local marathons.
