Born and raised in Las Vegas, Eric earned his law degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas before beginning his legal career at an insurance defense firm. While representing insurance companies, he witnessed firsthand how insurers often attempted to minimize or deny legitimate claims. Frustrated by those tactics and by inadequate legal representation provided to many injury victims, Eric shifted his focus to plaintiff-side personal injury law.
Eric joined Lowe Law Group during its early stages and helped build the firm into a respected litigation practice known for taking insurance companies to trial when fair settlements are not offered. His extensive knowledge of insurance defense strategies allows him to advocate aggressively and effectively for clients throughout the claims process.
Outside the office, Eric enjoys skiing, hiking, basketball, and regularly supporting his five children at sporting events and outdoor activities.
