Mitchell G. Lattof Jr. serves as the president and senior attorney of Lattof Injury Law, formerly known as Lattof & Lattof, P.C., a family-founded personal injury law firm that has represented accident victims across the Alabama Gulf Coast since 1952. With more than four decades of legal experience, Mr. Lattof has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families recover compensation after serious injuries caused by negligence.
Mr. Lattof earned his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Alabama in 1976 and later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1979. After being admitted to the Alabama State Bar the same year, he joined his father’s law practice and has since focused his career on personal injury litigation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lattof has represented thousands of clients in cases involving automobile accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and other negligence-related claims. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Alabama, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Lattof is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, and American Bar Association, and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
