Biography Overview
Caleb Biesterveld is a dedicated trial attorney focused on protecting the rights of injury victims and promoting community safety. Known for his compassionate and client-centered approach, he combines attentive listening with strong courtroom advocacy to hold individuals and corporations accountable for negligent conduct.
He concentrates his practice on motor vehicle accidents and dog bite cases, working diligently to secure fair compensation through negotiation or litigation. When insurers or opposing parties fail to act reasonably, he is prepared to take cases to trial.
Caleb co-founded Biesterveld & Crook, LLC in 2017, following a successful solo practice in Olathe, Kansas. Raised on a farm in southwest Missouri, he developed a strong work ethic early in life and graduated as his high school valedictorian. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science, magna cum laude, from Missouri State University and received his Juris Doctor with honors from Washburn University School of Law.
He is licensed in Kansas and Missouri, as well as federal courts in both states, and remains active in several professional legal organizations. Outside of his practice, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
