Biography Overview
Jeff Roberts is a Middle Tennessee native whose career reflects strong values of honesty, discipline, and dedication. Raised in Gallatin in a working-class family, he developed a deep respect for hard work from an early age. He became the first college graduate in his family, earning a political science degree from Volunteer State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University while working multiple jobs to support his education.
He began his professional career as an insurance claims adjuster, gaining firsthand knowledge of the tactics insurance companies use to limit payouts. Motivated to make a difference, he left that role and enrolled in the Nashville School of Law, attending classes at night while working full-time at a personal injury firm.
Since earning his law license in 1999, he has dedicated his practice to representing injured and disabled individuals. His experience includes personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, civil rights, and disability claims. He is admitted to practice in the Tennessee state and federal courts.
In 2016, he founded Jeff Roberts & Associates, PLLC. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities.
