Biography Overview
Jason Chambers is the managing attorney of Hollis Law Firm, where he focuses on personal injury and complex product liability cases. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1999 and spent two years in Yokohama, Japan, teaching English. Upon returning to Kansas City, he worked as a pathology assistant for five years, gaining medical experience that would later inform his legal practice.
Chambers earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2010, participating in an international trade moot court and a new venture creation competition. He began his legal career with Hollis Law Firm as a law clerk in 2009 and continued as an attorney after graduation.
Throughout his career, Chambers has represented clients injured by defective drugs and medical devices, including metal-on-metal hip implants, diabetes medications linked to bladder cancer, and cardiovascular injuries related to dialysis procedures. As lead attorney in these complex litigations, he has established a reputation for diligence, expertise, and advocacy on behalf of injured clients.
Today, Chambers leads Hollis Law Firm in hernia mesh and pharmaceutical litigation, remaining committed to consumer safety. He is an active member of Delta Theta Phi, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Outside of law, he enjoys travel, staying active, exploring local restaurants, reading science fiction, and volunteering in the community.
