Penny Unkraut Hendy is a founding partner of HJV Car Accident Personal Injury Lawyers and a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. She earned her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio, and numerous federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
Her practice focuses on complex personal injury litigation, including birth trauma, medical malpractice, car accidents, truck collisions, and product liability cases. She has extensive experience trying and resolving high-stakes cases, achieving successful outcomes for clients in matters involving birth injuries, automobile and trucking accidents, and nursing home negligence.
Ms. Hendy is an active leader in the legal community. She has served as President of the Kentucky Justice Association and previously held a leadership role in the Women Lawyers Section of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. She is also a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Ohio Association for Justice, Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice, where she serves as a State Delegate.
