Madeline E. “Molly” McNeeley is a partner at Harris Lowry Manton LLP, where she represents individuals and families in complex litigation involving product liability, road defects, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury. Since joining the firm in 2011, Molly has been instrumental in securing multiple multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for victims of negligence.
Before joining HLM, Molly clerked for the Honorable Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and later served as a staff attorney for the court. A skilled advocate and thought leader, she frequently lectures and writes on roadway safety, commercial transportation, ethics, and litigation strategy.
Molly graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She also earned dual undergraduate degrees, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and an M.S. from the University of Maryland.
