Edward W. Gould is the President and Managing Partner of the firm, bringing decades of experience in litigation and medical malpractice law. Born in Warwick, Rhode Island, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Brown University in 1979 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston University in 1982. He was admitted to practice in Maine and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine in 1982 and later to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Maine State Bar Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates, where he has held leadership roles.
