Biography Overview
Susan oversees the Personal Injury department for Florida Advocates. Susan is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Additionally, Susan has argued and won cases in both the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Susan belongs to the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
Throughout her legal career, Susan has focused her practice primarily on insurance litigation, serving as counsel for both plaintiff and defense.
Before becoming an attorney, Susan worked as an insurance adjuster handling worker’s compensation and bodily injury claims until being recruited to work for the state’s largest personal injury firm, which is where she decided to pursue her law degree. Susan’s experience handling cases both for and against insurance companies affords her the ability to represent clients from the onset of their case until its conclusion, via litigation or settlement, while considering all sides of a case.
