Connie J. Flores is a founding partner of Flores Mendez Law, focusing her practice on personal injury litigation, including wrongful death, 18-wheeler accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability, dram shop claims, and auto collisions across New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona. A lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas, Ms. Flores earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver in 2003, graduating with honors. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2008, where she received the Dean’s Award and served as President of the Mexican American Law Student Association.
She began her legal career at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in El Paso, where she had previously worked as a legal assistant. In 2016, she became a founding partner of Flores, Tawney & Acosta, P.C., helping expand the firm across multiple locations. In 2023, she co-founded Flores Mendez Law.
Ms. Flores is also dedicated to mentoring teenage parents, drawing from her own experiences to inspire and support others through education and community outreach.
