Jason Moore

Jason Moore is a founding partner at DM Injury Law and is widely recognized for his work in personal injury litigation, bad faith insurance claims, and product liability matters. Originally from Chicago, he later attended school in Missouri and built his legal career in Kansas City, where he continues to represent injured individuals and families throughout the region. Early in his career, Jason defended insurance companies involved in personal injury lawsuits, giving him valuable insight into how insurers evaluate and challenge claims.

After gaining defense experience, he chose to dedicate his practice to advocating for victims harmed by negligence. He approaches every case with an aggressive, strategic, and practical mindset focused on securing favorable outcomes for his clients. Jason is respected for his courtroom abilities, legal knowledge, and commitment to clear communication throughout every stage of litigation and trial.

In addition to representing clients, Jason is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, running, cycling, golfing, coaching youth sports, and spending time outdoors with his family.
