Bryan Dawson is the principal attorney at Dawson Law Group and an experienced trial lawyer with nearly three decades of courtroom and litigation experience. He focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, severe injury litigation, civil rights disputes, construction defect claims, employment matters, and complex commercial litigation. Throughout his career, Bryan has successfully achieved substantial settlements and verdicts for clients across Oregon while maintaining a strong commitment to responsive communication and personalized client support.
Bryan has taken more than 100 cases through trial or arbitration and has appeared multiple times before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before joining Dawson Law Group in 1999, he practiced law with Cooley Godward in California, further strengthening his litigation experience in complex matters.
He earned his Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law, his master’s degree from the University of Chicago, and his bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College. Bryan has received numerous honors, including Super Lawyers recognition, an AV Preeminent rating, and a perfect Avvo rating. Outside the office, he enjoys biking, outdoor activities, mentoring youth, and spending time with his family.
