Kevin Cheney is the Managing Partner of Cheney Galluzzi & Howard, LLC, where he leads a team dedicated to fighting for injured victims across Colorado. From a young age, Mr. Cheney knew he wanted to be an attorney, driven by a lifelong passion for advocacy, fairness, and standing up for the underdog.
Born and raised in Casper, Wyoming, he learned early the value of hard work and community principles that continue to guide his practice today. Mr. Cheney earned his law degree from the University of Colorado, where he served as Vice President of his class and excelled in litigation competitions, winning both the Carrigan Cup and Rothgerber Moot Court Competition. Even as a law student, he successfully argued constitutional cases and won his first trial victory.
As Managing Partner, Mr. Cheney has represented hundreds of clients, tried more than 25 cases to verdict, and recovered tens of millions of dollars for injured Coloradans. A respected leader in the legal community, he serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, sits on the Colorado Bar Association’s Board of Governors, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Outside of work, he enjoys politics, poker, sports, and time with his wife and their dog, Pancake.
