Archie was appointed to the court-appointed steering committee in a nationwide product liability class action on behalf of millions of Apple iPhone owners and represented a whistleblower in a $39 million settlement against a pharmaceutical company for illegal kickbacks and off-label marketing. He has also obtained multiple multimillion-dollar recoveries in personal injury and business litigation.
A respected member of the bar, Archie holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was named a Super Lawyer in 2025. He is President of the Chattahoochee Trial Lawyers Association and a past President of the Chattahoochee Circuit Bar Association.
