About the law firm

Jesse Bernheim is the founding partner of Bernheim Kelley Battista and Bliss, LLC with offices throughout Florida and Massachusetts. Jesse was born and raised in New Jersey, attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and received a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Following graduation, Jesse moved to Miami, Florida and attended the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables where he graduated Cum Laude (with Honors) in 2001. Jesse is licensed to practice law in Florida and New Jersey and admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  Jesse has received numerous prestigious awards for the results he has obtained for his clients – he is a member of multiple prestigious organizations including the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the American Association for Justice and the Florida Justice Association. After graduating law school, Jesse worked in a South Florida law firm which handled personal injury, product liability, and workers’ compensation litigation. Once experiencing the satisfaction of helping people and their families pursue justice against large insurance companies and corporations, Jesse never turned back. He continued to devote his entire career to fighting for individuals and their families that have been harmed as a result of another’s negligent, reckless, or intentional conduct. He knew that he would never want to represent the interests of large greedy corporations, or insurance companies that seek to minimize and limit what is paid to people that have suffered legitimate harms and losses as a result of their wrongdoing and bad conduct. Over the years, Jesse became well known in court rooms throughout the state of Florida as well as the rest of the  country fighting on behalf of his clients.  He began with litigating cases for clients in Florida that were injured in the workplace or from a car crash or due to a dangerous product failure as a few examples. Jesse went on to growing his practice on a national level and in addition to handling local Florida cases, began representing clients nationwide that were injured from defective products such as defective hips, dangerous pharmaceutical drugs that lacked adequate warnings and dangerous consumer products such as tobacco. Throughout the years Jesse has successfully resolved numerous cases for thousands of clients with many individual recoveries in the multi millions of dollars.
