Seth Bader is the founder and owner of Bader Law Injury Lawyers in Atlanta, Georgia. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Seth earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Muhlenberg College before earning his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where he served on the Law Review.
Seth began his legal career representing insurance companies, handling thousands of cases and gaining extensive trial experience. This early work provided him with invaluable insight into how insurance companies analyze claims and litigate cases—knowledge he now uses to the advantage of injured clients.
In 2008, Seth founded Bader Law Injury Lawyers (formerly Bader Law Firm) with a mission to protect the rights of individuals harmed by negligence or workplace accidents. Since then, he and his team have represented more than 10,000 injured clients, recovering over $30 million in settlements and verdicts throughout Georgia.
Deeply committed to helping people from all walks of life, Seth co-founded the Bader Law Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting community initiatives and advocacy programs for those in need.
