Edward A. Smith serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AutoAccident.com, where he provides strategic leadership and directs the firm’s civil litigation practice. Since founding the firm in 1982, he has maintained executive and legal oversight, helping injured Californians pursue justice through skilled personal injury representation. A graduate of the University of California, Davis, where he earned his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude, he later received his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law in 1982. Admitted to the California State Bar that same year, he has devoted his entire legal career exclusively to personal injury law. Before attending law school, he served in the United States Air Force, bringing discipline and commitment to every client matter. He has earned an AV rating, a perfect 10.0 Avvo rating, and recognition from Sacramento Magazine, the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, and the Million Dollar Forum.
