Growing up in Newton, Massachusetts, Ryan was immersed in the legal field from an early age, with his mother running a satellite law office from their home. Starting in high school, he assisted her with various legal matters, laying the foundation for his future career.
Ryan attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain. It was there he met his wife, who was also in the same program. After graduating in 1993, he worked for two Boston law firms, focusing on pre-litigation matters, primarily Personal Injury Protection (PIP) issues. While attending Western New England Law School, Ryan continued assisting his mother with personal injury cases.
In 1997, Ryan graduated law school and started his own practice. As a Spanish-speaking attorney in Springfield, his practice quickly flourished. Over the years, he has represented thousands of clients in car accident cases, becoming a resource for other attorneys. Ryan is an active member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA).
