Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Rob earned his law degree from the Toledo College of Law in 1994. He is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New York.
Previously, Rob represented trade union members in bodily injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability claims. After relocating to Massachusetts in 2000, he shifted his focus to litigating construction site injury cases. Rob has handled catastrophic injury claims against major contractors involved in Boston’s Big Dig project.
In 2010, Rob merged his practice with Ryan Alekman, forming Alekman DiTusa, LLC.
