Established in 1953 by founder Peter M. Pencheff, the firm was built on one guiding principle: “Always put the client first, and the rest will follow.” That philosophy remains the cornerstone of the firm’s practice today. From its origins representing injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio to its modern presence in Florida, Pencheff & Fraley continues to uphold its legacy of excellence, integrity, and client-centered advocacy. After earning his law degree from Capital University Law School in 1991, Attorney Joseph A. Fraley joined Mr. Pencheff’s firm and quickly became a partner within three years, expanding the firm’s practice areas to include personal injury, wrongful death, and auto accident claims. His leadership, experience, and dedication solidified the firm’s reputation for achieving justice for injured victims. In 2020, following decades of growth and mergers, the firm proudly returned to its original name, Pencheff & Fraley, now led by Joe, his son, David Fraley, and nephew, Josh Fraley, all graduates of Capital Law School. Together, they continue to serve clients statewide with professionalism and compassion.
