Before founding his private practice, Collin Cherry built an exceptional legal foundation through years of courtroom and government service. As a State Prosecutor, he tried more than 6,000 criminal cases across felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile divisions, earning a reputation for precision and tenacity in trial. Later, as Senior Counsel for the Florida Department of Insurance, he litigated against major insurance carriers for fraudulent and bad faith practices—experience that now gives him powerful insight when holding insurers accountable on behalf of injury victims.

Since establishing his own firm in 2002, Collin has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients throughout Florida. His results include a $335,000 verdict on a $25,000 insurance policy and a $100,000 settlement in an auto case with only a $10,000 policy—both achieved by proving the insurer's bad faith.
