Justin Peterson is the founding attorney of Peterson Law Office and has practiced as a trial attorney since graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Throughout his career, he has secured millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. As lead counsel, he has tried multiple criminal and civil cases to jury verdict, maintaining an undefeated record in criminal trials and achieving successful outcomes in civil litigation.

Prior to founding his firm, Mr. Peterson served as a partner at a Lexington law firm and previously as a partner and shareholder at a large insurance defense firm. His experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in high-level litigation provides him with valuable insight into how insurers evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and defend cases.

His litigation practice spans a wide range of matters, including auto and truck accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability, insurance bad faith, and civil rights claims. He also handles business disputes, employment law matters, and wrongful termination cases.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Peterson serves as General Counsel for the Lexington Legends and coaches trial teams at the University of Kentucky College of Law, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to the legal profession.
