Prior to his private practice, Omari was an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County for over four years.
As an Assistant Public Defender, Omari gained significant jury trial experience, completing a number of jury trials to verdict. Omari managed felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases including cases that are punishable by life. Omari has conducted hundreds of depositions of civilians and expert witnesses.
